Ani Villas are a set of non-identical twin luxury villas perched like glowing sentinels on a cliff high above the endless sea. By day, their stark white open forms speak of lookouts and landmarks. By night, they evoke lighthouses, lanterns, and the warm light of welcome.
The villas reside on a 1-½ acre plot that slopes up to a sheer, stone promontory, overlooking Little Bay on Anguilla’s north coast. Each villa has four bedrooms with a detached office/guest area, and site amenities including a tennis court, a viewing pavilion, a cliff top pool, and deck area.

OCEAN VIEWS
The design of Ani Villas was informed by a pure response to the elements of the sea, the sky, and the dramatic cliff-top location. The clean and bright interior spaces flow seamlessly into each other, uniting its inhabitants with nature and light while offering panoramic views of the ocean at every turn.
LIGHT AND SHADOW
The white stucco finish of the main façades is in keeping with the tradition of modern architecture, where the building volumes are rendered sharply by crisp edges and smooth surfaces. The architectural composition is an abstract play of light and shadows, relying on its geometry to convey a message of lightness and openness.
